    Chief Executive Officer

    Timothy Page is CAI's Chief Executive Officer. He served as chief financial officer from 2011 to 2021, and President and CEO from 2021 to 2022. He was previously the chief financial officer for Port Logistics Group, a logistics company formed through the acquisition of three other port logistics providers in 2008. From 2004 until 2008, Mr. Page was the chief financial officer of Quality Distribution, Inc.,

    a NASDAQ-listed bulk chemical transportation company (NASDAQ: QLTY), with over 100 locations in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Page was the chief financial officer of Perry Ellis International, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed global apparel company (NASDAQ: PERY). Mr. Page holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

    Katherine McCabe

    President

    Katie McCabe serves as President of CAI. She was appointed President and CEO of Beacon Intermodal in April 2016. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance (U.S.A.) Inc. Before joining MUL in 2014, Ms. McCabe spent over 20 years with BTMU Capital Corporation in roles including Chief Investment Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Director of Portfolio Management, and SVP of Corporate Finance. Ms. McCabe has spent nearly all of her career in financing or investing in the global transportation sector.

    Ms. McCabe started her career with GE Capital and received both her B.S. and M.S. in Finance from Boston College. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1999 and is currently a member in good standing of the CFA Institute and Boston Security Analyst Association, and serves on the board of the International Institute of Container Lessors.

    EVP, Chief Marketing Officer

    Daniel Hallahan has been the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer since January 2023. He previously served in the roles of of senior vice president of global marketing since February 2010, and before that vice president of marketing for Europe from July 1992 through January 2010.

    Prior to joining CAI, Mr. Hallahan served as the director of marketing for Amphibious Container Leasing for two years and for Itel Containers International Corporation for the prior 11 years, beginning in 1979.

    David Morris

    Chief Financial Officer

    David Morris serves as CAI's chief financial officer, having previously served as chief accounting officer from February 2021 to November 2021.  He joined CAI as vice president of finance and corporate controller in 2011. From 2008 to 2011 Mr. Morris served at Celera Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed healthcare company, as director of SEC reporting and then as senior director of finance.

    He was previously a senior audit manager at KPMG. Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bristol, U.K. and is a U.K. Chartered Accountant and a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant.

    Chief Investment Officer

    Greg Register serves as CAI’s Chief Investment Officer.  He joined Beacon Intermodal Leasing in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in risk and finance positions in the global transportation and asset financing industry. He has been with MUFG Group companies since 2006, serving in risk management of transportation asset financings and later appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of its US corporate leasing business.

    Prior to joining MUFG, he was with GE’s equipment finance division in a management role overseeing treasury and capital markets and with GE’s corporate audit. Mr. Register holds a M.S. in Finance from University of Denver and is a CFA charter holder.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Matthew Easton is CAI's chief technology officer. He has served the company previously as vice president, information technology from August 2010 to February 2021, director of information technology from July 2005 to July 2010, and information technology manager from April 2000 to June 2005.

    Prior to joining CAI, he was an analysis manager for California major accounts at SBC Communications, Inc. He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Saint Mary's College of California.

    Camille Cutino

    SVP, Operations & Administration

    Camille Cutino is CAI's SVP, Operations & Administration.  She previously served the company as the vice president, operations and human resources from October 2011 through February 2021. She previously served the company as the vice president, operations from January 2000 through September 2011 and the director, operations from July 1992 through December 1999.

    Ms. Cutino consulted for the company from May 1991 through June 1992. Prior to joining CAI, she was the director of operations at Itel Containers International, Inc. where she served from 1980 through 1991. She holds a B.S. from San Francisco State University.

  • Steven Garcia

    Steven Garcia

    Chief Legal Officer

    Steven Garcia is CAI's chief legal officer. He previously served as CAI's vice president, legal affairs. He worked in the information technology sector as senior regional counsel for International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM) from 2000 to 2012.

    He was 
previously in the petroleum industry as legal counsel in the litigation unit of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX). Mr. Garcia has a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law.
