This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by CAI International, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("CAI International" or "We"). This privacy policy ("Policy") applies to information collected from existing and prospective customers of CAI collected from the websites of CAI International, including http://capps.com/ (collectively, "Sites") and CAI International's other online services. This Policy does not apply to websites or services that display or link to different privacy statements.

For example, we collect your name, company name, business partner type, email address and other information you provide to us on our Sites. CAI International takes reasonable measures to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from CAI International by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests about your contact preferences and changes to your information by emailing websupport@capps.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.
