CAI's management team members are knowledgeable professionals with extensive experience in the global shipping industry.

• Victor Garcia

  President and Chief Executive Officer

  Victor Garcia is the president and chief executive officer. He previously served as the senior vice president and chief operating officer from September 2010 through May 2011 and before that as the senior vice president and chief financial officer from November 2006. From July 1990 to October 2006, he was employed by Banc of America Securities, the investment banking subsidiary of Bank of America, where he was a managing director and senior banker in the Transportation Group within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank. Mr. Garcia holds a B.S. from Babson College.

• Daniel Hallahan

  Senior Vice President, Global Marketing

  Daniel Hallahan has been the senior vice president of global marketing since February 2010. He previously served in the role of vice president of marketing for Europe from July 1992 through January 2010. Prior to joining CAI, Mr. Hallahan served as the director of marketing for Amphibious Container Leasing for two years and for Itel Containers International Corporation for the prior 11 years, beginning in 1979.

• Timothy Page

  Chief Financial Officer

  Timothy Page was appointed to the role of chief financial officer in May 2011. He was previously the chief financial officer for Port Logistics Group, a logistics company formed through the acquisition of three other port logistics providers in 2008. From 2004 until 2008, Mr. Page was the chief financial officer of Quality Distribution, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed bulk chemical transportation company (NASDAQ: QLTY), with over 100 locations in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Page was the chief financial officer of Perry Ellis International, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed global apparel company (NASDAQ: PERY). Mr. Page holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

• Steven Garcia

  Vice President, Legal Affairs

  Steven Garcia is CAI's vice president of legal affairs. He worked in the information technology sector as senior regional counsel for International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM) from 2000 to 2012. He was previously in the petroleum industry as legal counsel in the litigation unit of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX). Mr. Garcia has a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law.

• Camille Cutino

  Vice President, Operations and Human Resources

  Camille Cutino has been the vice president operations and human resources since October 2011. She previously served the company as the vice president operations from January 2000 through September 2011 and the director operations from July 1992 through December 1999. She consulted with the company from May 1991 through June 1992. Prior to joining CAI, she was the director operations at Itel Containers International, Inc. where she served from 1980 through 1991. She holds a B.S. from San Francisco State University.

• Matthew Easton

  Vice President, Information Technology

  Matthew Easton is the vice president of Information Technology and has been with CAI since 2000. He served previously as the company's director of Information Technology and as manager of Information Technology. Prior to joining CAI, he was analysis manager for California major accounts at SBC Communications Inc. He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

• David Morris

  Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller

  David Morris has been the vice president, finance and corporate controller since May 2011. From 2008 to 2011 Mr. Morris served at Celera Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed healthcare company, as director of SEC reporting and then as senior director of finance. He was previously a senior audit manager at KPMG. Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bristol, U.K. and is a U.K. Chartered Accountant and a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant.
