Masaaki (John) Nishibori

Masaaki (John) Nishibori is a director. He previously served as the president and chief executive officer of CAI from November 2006 through June 2011. From 1993 until October 2006, Mr. Nishibori served as CAI's senior vice president and chief financial officer. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1993. Prior to joining CAI, he served in several roles as a commercial banker for The First National Bank of Boston, including chief executive officer of Bank of Boston, Italy, Boston Finanziaria, S.p.A and Boston Leasing Italia, S.p.A., and later as senior credit officer of the Bank's Specialized Finance Department. Previously, Mr. Nishibori was a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc. Mr. Nishibori is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University and holds an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University. He has extensive industry knowledge and expertise in capital markets and commercial financing transactions.
