Marvin Dennis

Marvin Dennis is a director and chairman of the Audit Committee. He currently serves as the President of Dennis & Company, a financial consulting company he founded in 1996. From 1974 to 1996, Mr. Dennis served as chief financial officer of Trans Ocean Ltd., a maritime container lessor company he co-founded. Mr. Dennis holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, a J.D. from DePaul University and a M.B.A. from Harvard University. Mr. Dennis brings extensive and deep industry knowledge to the Board of Directors, and his experience as financial consultant and chief financial officer of Trans Ocean Ltd. is invaluable with respect to financial and accounting issues.
